New patients can click Start My Chart to request an appointment with one of our providers. Complete the online form, and in the “Reason for Appointment Box” enter the provider's name or specialty and your preferred date. Our staff will call to schedule your appointment. Our new providers, Dr. Cesare and Dr. Mirza, are accepting appointments.

A full-service cafeteria is located on the ground floor of the hospital for employees and visitors.

Cash, checks, and Credit/Debit cards are accepted. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
