Rome Health has now made it easier for patients to schedule appointments with their primary care and pediatric providers through the Medent patient portal.
“We’re excited to provide patients with this convenient option to schedule appointments online,” said Director Kristin Hutchins. “At any time of day or night, patients can see our schedules in real time and select an appointment that fits their needs.”
Existing Patients:
• If you have activated your patient portal, go to Rome Health’s website at romehealth.org/patient-portal/ to log-in and request an appointment.
• To establish a patient portal account, request an activation code in person during your office visit or call the office for their activation code.
New Patients:
• New patients can activate their patient portal after their first visit. Request an activation code in person during your office visit.
• All of the practices are accepting new patients.

The patient portal is a convenient way to communicate with the practice. With the patient portal, patients can make appointments, request prescription refills, notify the practice of changes to your personal information, and send and receive non-urgent messages.
