Appointments are now being accepted for Rome Health Convenient Care at Turning Stone, a new medical clinic located on the first floor of The Crescent Hotel in Suite 201 at Turning Stone Resort Casino, 5218 Patrick Road, in Verona.
The primary care clinic and ultrasound opened Monday, July 6. X-ray and mammography services will begin the week of July 20th. For a video tour, visit YouTube.
The Oneida Indian Nation selected Rome Health to provide healthcare services for Turning Stone team members, their families and resort guests. The clinic will also be open to the public, offering convenient access to primary care and medical imaging services.
“Primary care is the foundation of lifelong health, focusing on prevention, early detection and the ongoing management of chronic conditions,” said Dr. Olivia Andrade, medical director of Rome Health Convenient Care at Turning Stone. “It serves as a patient’s central point of care, helping coordinate services and supporting overall wellness at every stage of life.”
“The new onsite Convenient Care center addresses key barriers to care, including transportation challenges, limited access to timely primary care and scheduling constraints faced by a large working population,” Dr. Andrade said. Turning Stone Enterprises is the region’s largest employer, with more than 5,000 team members.
The clinic will offer scheduled appointments for primary care, women’s health services, screening mammograms and ultrasound exams. Walk-in sick visits and walk-in X-ray services will also be available, allowing patients to receive prompt evaluation and treatment without unnecessary delays. Evening and weekend hours will provide additional flexibility for patients seeking care outside traditional business hours.
Prescription orders can be sent electronically to the Rome Health Community Pharmacy and delivered to Rome Health Convenient Care at Turning Stone for pickup during clinic hours.
Primary care appointments, walk-in sick visits, walk-in X-ray services and prescription pickup will be available:
• Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Appointments may be scheduled online at romehealth.org/convenient-care-at-turning-stone or call 315-356-7827.

“Our goal is to provide compassionate care to Turning Stone team members, their families and guests so they can return to work and their daily activities as quickly as possible,” Dr. Andrade said. “We commend the Oneida Indian Nation for incorporating healthcare resources into its Turning Stone Evolution expansion and making healthcare more accessible.”
