To ensure that we are always operating at the highest possible level and conducting business within high ethical standards, Rome Health and affiliates have a code of employee and volunteer conduct and corporate compliance guidelines that have been adopted by the Board of Trustees.

We understand that medical information about you and your health is personal. We are committed to protecting your medical information. We create a record of the care and services you receive at the hospital to provide you with quality care and to comply with certain legal requirements.

Financial Assistance

Rome Health is proud of its not-for-profit mission to provide quality care to all who need it - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Financial assistance is available to individuals who have received or are going to receive emergency or medically necessary care at Rome Memorial Hospital. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Interpreter services are made available to any non-English speaking and/or hearing-impaired patient who presents for inpatient and/or outpatient services. Arrangements are made by the department/unit providing care.
